When an order is placed using a credit card or PayPal, a temporary hold is placed on the account to ensure funds will be available if the order processes through. For pre-order items and items that will not ship within 1-2 days, a temporary hold is placed on the account to ensure the funds are available, but the payment method is not charged until 1 to 2 days prior to the first shipment on the order. If an order is attempted but not completed and a charge from FRG*MLSStore.com appears on the method of payment, it is because the financial institution placed a temporary hold on the account. The account is not actually billed until the order is processed and a confirmation number is received.

What is the return policy for Mlsstore.com?
Merchandise can be returned to the warehouse of Mlsstore.com up to 90 days from the item's ship date. However, the items must be unworn/unused with original tags and labels. There are exceptions to the return policy for items such as manufacturer direct, memorabilia, or collectible items. All returned items will be inspected upon arrival and could be declined for reasons such as the item appearing worn, washed or used, or if the item is non-returnable like trading cards, game used, vintage, customized and personalized items. If items are returned after the 90 day return policy, they will not be accepted and will be donated to a charity of Mlsstore.com's choice. A refund will not be credited to your account. Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned. If you choose to receive a refund to your original payment method, $14.00 will be deducted from the credit you'll receive to cover return shipping costs when using Mlsstore.com's return label. If the return is due to an error on Mlsstore.com's part, this charge will be covered. Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. If you want to return a gift you received, you need to provide the original order ID, email address, and the desired email for your e-gift certificate. You can also return your item for an e-gift card. If you choose this option, the $14.00 return label fee will be waived.
